1. Can I use this on my face?
This device is primarily designed for larger muscle groups like the neck, shoulders, back, and legs. We do not recommend using the suction feature on sensitive facial skin.
2. How long should I use it per session?
We recommend a session of 15 minutes per area. The device features an automatic 30-minute shut-off for your safety.
3. Does it need oil or cream?
For the best gliding experience and skin comfort during Gua Sha, applying a small amount of massage oil or lotion is recommended.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer. If anything goes wrong in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Plus, you can track your package 24/7 right on our site.
5. Where can I safely purchase the authentic product?
You can only get the genuine item directly through Wowrin.com. Watch out for knockoffs and unauthorized sellers on third-party marketplaces. For guaranteed authenticity and a safe shopping experience, always stick to our official storefront. We provide a fully secure checkout process accepting all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
6. How do returns and refunds work?

If you are still not 100% happy with your purchase, you are backed by our full money-back guarantee.
