1. Can I use this massager on my face?
This massager is designed for body use, specifically for larger muscle groups like the back, legs, arms, and abdomen. We do not recommend using it on delicate facial skin.
2. How long does it take to heat up?
The Bian stone heats up quickly once connected to power. You can monitor the temperature through the 5-level color indicator on the controller.
3. Is the power adapter compatible with my country?
The unit comes with a standard EU adapter. If you are outside of the EU, you may need a simple plug converter to match your local wall outlets.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer. If anything goes wrong in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Plus, you can track your package 24/7 right on our site.
5. Where can I safely purchase the authentic product?
You can only get the genuine item directly through Wowrin.com. Watch out for knockoffs and unauthorized sellers on third-party marketplaces. For guaranteed authenticity and a safe shopping experience, always stick to our official storefront. We provide a fully secure checkout process accepting all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
6. How do returns and refunds work?
We pride ourselves on a stress-free, customer-focused return policy. If your order shows up damaged or defective, we will rush out a free replacement right away—no need to jump through hoops to send the old one back. If you are still not 100% happy with your purchase, you are backed by our full money-back guarantee.
7. What’s the best way to reach customer service?
