1. How do I turn it on and off?
Keep the charging port facing upward, press the power button, and give the ball a quick flick of your wrist to start the blades. Repeat the flicking motion to stop the rotation.
2. How can I get it to return to me?
Ensure the charging port is facing up and throw the orb at a slight 30-degree upward angle. With a little practice, it will catch the air and glide back to you.
3. Why does it stop spinning when it hits the ground?
This is a built-in safety feature. The orb is designed to automatically cut power upon impact to protect the motor and battery life.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer. If anything goes wrong in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Plus, you can track your package 24/7 right on our site.
