1. How do I turn the ball on and off?
Keep the charging port facing upward, press the power button, and give the ball a quick shake to start the motor. To stop, simply catch the ball or shake it again to power down.
2. How do I get the ball to return to me?
Keep the charging port pointing up and throw the ball at a slight 30-degree upward angle. The gyroscopic design will cause it to loop back to your hand.
3. Why does the ball turn off when it hits the floor?
This is a built-in safety feature. The motor automatically stops spinning upon impact with the ground to ensure safe handling and protect the device.
