1. How do I turn the orb on and off?
Keep the charging port facing up, press the power button, and give the ball a quick shake to start the rotation. To stop, simply shake it again or press the power button.
2. How do I get it to fly back to me?
For the boomerang effect, tilt the ball at a 30-degree angle and throw it forward. It will stabilize and glide back toward you as it spins.
3. Why does it stop spinning when it hits the ground?
This is a built-in safety feature. The motor automatically stops upon impact to preserve the battery and protect the internal components.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer.
