1. How do I turn the device on and off?
Keep the charging port facing up, press the power switch, and give the ball a flick with your wrist to start the blades. Repeat the motion or press the power button to stop.
2. How can I make the ball return to me?
Always keep the charging port facing up and throw the ball at a 30° angle. With a little practice, it will stabilize and glide back toward you automatically.
3. Why does the ball stop when it hits the floor?
It is a safety feature; the motor automatically cuts power when the ball hits the ground to protect the internal components.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer.
