1. Is the toy sticky to the touch?
The surface has a slight natural tackiness to it for better squishing. If it collects dust over time, simply rinse it with clean water and let it air dry to restore its original feel.
2. What happens if it gets cold?
The material may harden in low temperatures. This is completely normal! Simply bring it back to room temperature, and it will become soft and moldable again.
3. Is this toy suitable for children?
This item is primarily designed as a sensory tool for adults and teenagers (14+). Please keep away from small children and pets due to the risk of choking.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer.
