1. Is the material sticky to the touch?
The surface has a slight natural tackiness to provide a better grip for squeezing. If it collects dust over time, simply rinse it with clean water and let it air dry to restore its original feel.
2. Does it harden in cold weather?
Yes, because of the material properties, it may feel firmer in cold temperatures. Simply hold it in your hand or keep it at room temperature, and it will return to its soft, squishy state.
3. Is this toy safe for children?
This item is designed for adults and teens (14+) as a sensory fidget tool. Please ensure it is kept away from small children and pets, as it is not intended to be chewed or ingested.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer.
