1. Is the material safe for skin?
Yes, it is made from non-toxic, soft materials designed for tactile play. However, it is not a food item and should not be put in the mouth.
2. What should I do if it gets dirty?
Because the surface is slightly sticky, it may attract dust. Simply rinse it with clean water, air dry, and it will be ready to squish again.
3. Why is there a small hole on the bottom?
The small air vent is a design feature to equalize internal and external air pressure, ensuring a smooth, consistent squish every time.
4. How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
We offer completely FREE worldwide shipping with end-to-end tracking on all Wowrin orders. Your package will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically arrive in 4 to 11 days, while other international spots may take just a bit longer. If anything goes wrong in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Plus, you can track your package 24/7 right on our site.
